Today's call participants requested to see an earlier version of the form (Version 11) that contains distinct activity and intervention columns so that the format of the two can be trialed. PLEASE NOTE that the content of Version 11 is different from Version 15. The purpose of Version 11 is to trial the concept of separating activities and interventions - which is more intuitive to practicing therapists?
